James Tumbridge is a barrister, arbitrator and mediator, who also holds appointment as a Police Tribunal Chairman.   James has been active in ADR representing parties for over 20 years, and has been an arbitrator since 2006.  He is part of a number of panels including the World Intellectual Property Organisation Dispute Centre, a UN body based in Switzerland.  James was Chairman of the ADR committee and associated disputes panels for INTA an multi-national trade body with over 5,200 members globally, overseeing all ADR programming and panel membership.  He has conducted numerous arbitrations and tribunal hearings in the UK, overseas, online, in person and on the papers.  He is also an executive council member of the National Association of Legally Qualified Chairs of Tribunals.
