Andrew is a retired solicitor and a practising arbitrator who has regularly been appointed as associate arbitrator and produced numerous Awards in disputes under the ABTA Arbitration Scheme run by Hunt ADR. He has researched and produced articles of interest to the travel industry for some years.

He is also on other panels including the CIArb Business Arbitration scheme under which he receives appointments. As a Fellow of CIArb, he is a committee member and officer of the London Branch of CIArb. He predominantly practised in the field of professional indemnity for almost 40 years as a practising solicitor. He has extensive experience in litigation, arbitration and mediation concerning a variety of subject matters. Andrew was expressly recognised in the fields of surveyors and financial services.

Andrew was regularly ranked as a “leading individual” in the professional negligence field by Legal 500 and recognised by Chambers Legal Directory. Andrew has also been called upon to provide comment by the media and live television and radio on a variety of subjects of current interest.
