I am a highly experienced arbitrator and mediator and I am a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a long-standing member of the Property Litigation Association. 

I have more than 30 years’ experience of arbitration practice representing parties in arbitrations and sitting as an arbitrator. I have undertaken more than 30 appointments as an arbitrator since being appointed as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

My experience includes handling disputes relating to commercial premises and I understand the phrases and expressions used in commercial leases as well as the complexities associated with the interpretation of commercial leases.

My specialities include the following: Property, general commercial and contractual disputes, distribution agreements, construction contract disputes and boardroom and shareholder/partnership disputes.
