Susanne Tanner QC FCIArb is a Queen’s Counsel (Scotland), barrister (England & Wales), arbitrator, mediator and tribunal chair (Housing & Property; Health & Education). She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb) and is instructed in international and UK domestic (Scotland and England) arbitration work. Her international arbitral work includes an appointment as tribunal President (Chair) in an ICC Arbitration (New York). She has been appointed to a number of UK ADR panels including: Hunt ADR, CIARb DAS, MIB untraced drivers, Squaring Circles and Faculty of Advocates DRS and is regularly instructed as an arbitrator. She is a Global Ambassador for the Scottish Arbitration Centre, which is hosting the 25th International Council for Commercial Arbitration (ICCA) congress in Edinburgh in 2022. She is also an IMI qualified mediator.
